Back-To-School Supply List For First Graders (Is It Really That Time Again???)


My boy started kindergarten last year and boy was that hard for us both! I missed him so much and that first day, heck that first month, was horrible!!! I cried almost everyday I brought him, because when I came home, he was not here and his little toys were :( I just plain missed my boy.. Back-to-school, those terrible, dreaded words that I so did not like, when I was school aged. Summer was officially over and hitting the books was the only freedom I would see for a while. Man am I glad I am no longer going to school, LOL. Not that school is/was bad, just did not prefer it! But, it did always interest me to go back-to-school looking GREAT. Rock ‘N Learn: Phonics Volume 1 and 2 DVDs Review & Giveaway!

"Cool Music And Videos For Fun Learning" Rock ’N Learn programs help students learn math, phonics, reading, early childhood, social studies, Spanish, test-taking strategies, writing, and science. So, it is no wonder parents everywhere are scrambling to get these learning DVD's. I was sent the Rock N' Learn Phonics Volume 1 and 2 DVD's for my son to watch. I really really like these DVD's. Anything that is good for my children and helps them learn is such a wonderful thing! I love how these DVD's show a man's mouth saying all of the words that are on the screen. That way your child knows how the mouth should move in order to say that certain word. It also incorporates music into learning these words and their sounds. All in all these are very educational DVD's and they are being watched by my children at least three times a week.
